Robert Lamb
  1. Current research activities
  2. Current research activities involve the fabrication of superhydrophobic surfaces. These surfaces are self cleaning and their potential as anti-microbial coatings is of great interest. The research group also focuses on the interactions between surfaces and their environments. It is particularly important to study surface chemistries of implant materials as after implantation the surface of the material becomes the substrate for cell adhesion.
