  2. I have three main areas of research expertise that relate to Tissue Engineering. They are: clinical application of stem cell technology in haematopoietic stem cell transplantation; bioethics and examination of the ethical, social, economic and political issues that arise in science and medicine; and, art and ethics as a means for examining the meaning and impact of science and technology on human identity and the experience of illness.

    • Also works as a Staff Specialist in Bone Marrow Transplantation at Westmead Hospital, Sydney and involved in translation research in stem cell transplantation.
